How we checked
Last checked October 20, 2026 against kebbistate.gov.ng. Before anything appears here, a separate check fetches each source again and confirms that every date we show is in the quoted text.
Notes from the last check
The 61st edition is verified as held in Argungu from 11 to 14 February 2026, using news reports and a Kebbi State Government homepage; no official source states dates for the next edition, so its status is tba. The compiler's FMINO open-day page confirms the 61st edition but records an Abuja event on 21 January 2026, not the festival dates.
