Notes from the last check
The Humahuaca donkey race (Carrera de burros, part of the Alborozo Humahuaqueño, run by the municipality) is verified as an ongoing annual event: a February 2026 announcement of its XXXI edition and a September 2026 report listing it in the coming summer season. The next edition's dates are not announced, so the status is tba with no year.
