How we checked

Last checked October 20, 2026 against inatorionsen.or.jp. Before anything appears here, a separate check fetches each source again and confirms that every date we show is in the quoted text.

Notes from the last check

The official organizer page (inatorionsen.or.jp) confirms the 57th Dontsuku Festival was held on 2026年10月3日（土）, which is now past, and no next edition has been announced; the Shizuoka tourism page's 'June' placement conflicts with the organizer's October date and is treated as outdated.
