Notes from the last check

The official Lights On România site confirms an annual light-art festival in Cluj-Napoca held each November/December and free to the public, with the 2025 edition (28 November to 7 December) as the latest official dates; no 2026 dates appear on any official page, so the status is recurring with the next edition unannounced.
