How we checked
Last checked October 17, 2026 against oceancityhanoi.vn. Before anything appears here, a separate check fetches each source again and confirms that every date we show is in the quoted text.
Notes from the last check
The official Ocean City page calls the program annual and gives the 2025 edition dates (18 Jan to 16 Mar 2025), but I found no 2026 or later edition dates and no evidence the festival is operating now, so the next edition is tba.
