How we checked

Last checked October 20, 2026 against perth.wa.gov.au. Before anything appears here, a separate check fetches each source again and confirms that every date we show is in the quoted text.

Notes from the last check

The 2026 edition (26 January 2026, show at 8.30pm over the Swan River, viewed from Langley Park, organised by the City of Perth with Hancock Prospecting as principal partner) is verified from official City of Perth pages; no official announcement of a 2027 edition was found, so the next edition remains unannounced and the series is partial.
