Notes from the last check

The Puerto Plata Carnival (organised by UCAPPLATA, with Taimáscaro characters) is operating, with an official site (carnavalpuertoplata.com) showing the 2026 edition concluded in early March 2026. No 2027 year or dates were found, so the edition status is tba.
